[asterisk-r2] MFC/R2 call has been accepted .... dahdi_digit_begin: Couldn't dial digit 5: No data available

may be a problem with the dahdi driver version and the version asterisk
thinks is using. try re-compiling asterisk, each time you install dahdi you
must re-compile asterisk (openr2 is not involved here, but you should
recompile it too each time new dahdi or zaptel is installed).
