[asterisk-r2] Forward safety timeout

Is this error what usually happens when someone dials a LDI number but does
not dial the whole complete number? (missed digits)?

The  number dialed in that pastebin is 01 444 812 ... looks like a very
short number to be an international call. Is that number correct?

Try increasing the timer to something like 30 seconds (right now seems to be
10 seconds) just for testing and see how that goes.
