[asterisk-r2] how enable two E1 R2 (Ecuador)

I can see two things in a quick look at call resumes.

1) You have something missplaced on the DialPLan:

 WARNING[3215] pbx.c: Can't find trailing parenthesis?

2) You have defined only one group channles.
