[asterisk-r2] Sending DTMF 'f' ?

I believe what code says, so I need to see the chan_dahdi log before
concluding the DTMF comes from chan_dahdi.c, even with DTMF hardware
enabled, the handler of those DTMF hardware detections should be in
chan_dahdi.c, it cannot magically appear in the Asterisk core coming
from hardware, some software component has to pass it to the core,
chan_dahdi.c is the only one who could be doing such thing, therefore
we need a log confirming it, otherwise the source of the DTMF is
something else, I just mentioned the manager as one of many possible
sources.
