I think is because you have another older version of openr2.
Remove them using:
rm -rf $(find /usr/l* -name "*openr2*")
rm -rf $(find /usr/i* -name "*openr2*")
Install the version 1.1.0 again and compile Asterisk.

Subject: [asterisk-r2] Problem compiling R2
I am having problems compiling Asterisk with R2 on a CentOS 5.2
server.
I downloaded the latest openr2 on the site: openr2-1.1.0.tar.gz and used
svn to download the mfc2-1.4 branch. I get the following warning when
compiling:
chan_dahdi.c: In function mkintf:
chan_dahdi.c:8220: warning: implicit declaration of function
openr2_context_set_skip_category_request
chan_dahdi.c: In function dahdi_show_channel:
chan_dahdi.c:11547: warning: implicit declaration of function
openr2_context_get_skip_category_request
And when starting Asterisk:
asterisk: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_dahdi.so:
undefined symbol: openr2_context_set_skip_category_request
What is wrong. I have installed other systems fine, is this version
of
Asterisk or openr2 to blame?
