Ok. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The outbound calls are working!!!. Bad 
configuration in AMP was adding one number nine to dialplan.

Now, I don't understand "Make sure you have and extension 9260 in context 
ivr-2." if 9260 is DNIS
