Como dividiste para que saque por los canales bajos y NO saque por los
canales altos?

Problema resuelto.!!

Falta de comunicación entre el personal de Telecom (colombia) y Yo, El E1 lo
tienen de la siguiente manera los primeros 15 canales son Tx para ellos, Rx
para mi y los 15 restantes Rx para ellos y Tx para mi. En ese caso estaba
enviando la llamada a un canal de salida en el otro extremo y por eso no se
establecia la llamada.

La configuracion es la misma que logran ver en el post y funciona!!
