[asterisk-r2] Problems with Astunicall for Asterisk 1.4.21.2

Thanks for your response Moy. 
 
I did not get any errors when loading the module, however the uotput is exactly the same, no unicall channels are available. Debugg messgaes are exactly the same. Call cannot be initiated.
