[asterisk-r2] Older version of Asterisk for OpenR2?

Here is the patch: http://www.moythreads.com/openr2-asterisk-1.4.21.2.patch

All I know is that apply and compiles cleanly for 1.4.21.2, but I
cannnot guarantee it will work, test it and let me know. Also please
check what is the lowest version of Asterisk where this patch applies
so I can add it to google code.
