[asterisk-r2] Older version of Asterisk for OpenR2?

holy cow!

I forgot about the DHADI stuff, we're screwed. A new patch is needed
since naming changed all over the place. I will create a new patch for
a previous version and then you can test how low in versioning you can
go without issues. I won't have time to create the patch until
tonight, keep you posted.
