[asterisk-r2] Older version of Asterisk for OpenR2?

I don't think there is any, try applying the patch that is in google
code directly to 1.4.18 (even though the patch says 1.4.22 it may
work), if something fails let me know and I can probably do one patch
for that version with 1 condition :-), you should check what is the
oldest version the current patch in google code for 1.4 applies to and
report it here.
