[asterisk-r2] Bad DTMF detection...

	I have a customer who has a lot of problems with DTMF.  When you dial
to his office it is very easy to get the wrong extension.  Most of the
time the DTMF digits double up.  This has been happening for a while
with Unicall and now also with OpenR2.  What is the best way to debug
DTMF on MFC/R2?

	I just upgraded to Asterisk 1.4.22 (from SVN at libopenr2.org), Zaptel
1.4.12.1, Libpri 1.4.7, Openr2 1.0.0-rc2 on a CentOS 5.2 server using an
OpenVox D110PG card.
