I use FoneBridge-2 and OpenR2 on several servers. A little issue is 
Zaptel 1.2 compiled by Redfone guys won't work at all. Use Zaptel/Dahdi 
1.4 or higher.

Follow the steps on redfone website and setup zaptel/dahdi as usual for 
OpenR2.
