[asterisk-r2] Shutting down asterisk error

Jesus, try to start Asterisk with the command:
asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvgc
Using this you are going to see all the start output, try to catch
errors messages to detect witch part of Asterisk is having problems.
Maybe some module isn't loading properly.
