[asterisk-r2] openr2 1.1.0 Released

I just released openr2 1.1.0

This release just includes improvements for the Brazilian variant to
be more compliant with the ANATEL test specification.

There is also a new openr2 guide in spanish that was translated by
Juan Carlos Huerta of nucleum.com.mx
