[asterisk-r2] Asterisk 1.6.2 is out - oficial MFC/R2 release

Hi Anton, goof night

For a long time I am using the 1.6.2 version because of MFC/R2 (I used
1.4 version with patch, but decided to try the version that will be
officially supported for now on).

There are few differences between 1.4 and 1.6.2 for my usage, the most
relevant is MFC/R2. This two versions have almost the same Service
Life, so I decided to get 1.6.2 as base. Everything going fine for a
while (since pre-rc).
