[asterisk-r2] Asterisk 1.6.2 is out - oficial MFC/R2 release

Hi all,

After a long time waiting, the Asterisk 1.6.2 is out with native
support for MFC/R2 using OpenR2. This milestone was possible thank's
to Moises Silva efforts, a smart professional and a great guy.

If you are using a old version of Asterisk, you may want to upgrade to
the new stable version and report you exprerience here.
