Hi Moises, firs of all apologize for my English, I have the same problem with Telco messages, bur I have Asterisk 1.2.31.1 and the patch of OperR2 for that version, Can I do something to fix it?
I have this output when call to number that does not exist
Aug 6 21:20:28 NOTICE[5944]: chan_zap.c:1589 zt_r2_write_log: Chan 1 - Far end disconnected. Reason: No Answer
Aug 6 21:20:28 NOTICE[5944]: chan_zap.c:1546 zt_r2_on_call_disconnect: MFC/R2 call disconnected on chan 1
-- Zap/1-1 is circuit-busy
-- Hungup 'Zap/1-1'
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
-- Executing NoOp("SIP/4554-0982e580", "Hangupcause:0") in new stack
-- Executing Congestion("SIP/4554-0982e580", "") in new stack
but the Hangup instruction take like 20 seconds and is too much time. Thanks for the help

mfcr2_accept_on_offer=no
However, that feature may not be available in the Asterisk patches in
google code. Just using mfcr2-1.4 SVN branch.
To verify if the feature is available:
dahdi show channel 1 (assuming channel 1 is valid and is an MFC/R2
channel), if the feature is available then you should see the value:
MFC/R2 Accept On Offer: Yes
If that line is missing it means the feature is not available and that
you should install mfcr2-1.4 or wait for a patch to come up.
