[asterisk-r2] No outgoing or incoming calls using Elastix 1.5.2. Perhaps a timing issue

Yes, the light on the back is green. Dahdi_tool shows no alarms.
Funny thing is that there was an NBX, instead of the Elastix/Asterisk
solution with no problems at all. The only  thing I can notice when the NBX
is connected is that inbound or outbound calls take like 12 seconds to get
connected.
