[asterisk-r2] ast_read() called with no recorded file descriptor.

This is a non-R2 issue that is better handled in asterisk-users or if
you believe this is a bug should be posted in bugs.digium.com, read
the guide lines before posting a bug. Most likely you will need to run
an unpatched asterisk version in order to post a bug there.
