[asterisk-r2] E1/R2 on TE121B Digium Card

My fast-reading skills are killing me.

I re-read that(not thoroughly tho) and there are mentions to DAHDI or
ZAP for 1.4.

What mislead me to think the guide was a little bit old was the checks
with ldd to make sure the channel driver was succesfully compiled with
OpenR2, on pages 12 and 14.
