[asterisk-r2] E1/R2 on TE121B Digium Card

I think you should be using DAHDI for your channels, hence, put the
config in system.conf and dahdi.conf

I'm not sure, but I think that this guide is a little bit outdated,
cause it only talks about chan_zap for asterisk 1.4
