[asterisk-r2] fax problem

hi
    im a telcon technician in the philippines,im using trixbox as my sip server,then i connect it to my traditional/pstn using diguin T110P E1 R2.i tried to test fax iusing sip to sip working okay (inside my trixbox)i tried also from sip to pstn working okay too,but when i tried from my pstn to sip not working.pls give me an advice what i need to do.
