[asterisk-r2] Fwd: Unicall and zaptel commands

Hi Giovany,

Are you really using a old version of Asterisk? Or you are using a new
version (where Zaptel has gone in favor of DAHDI) or you build
Asterisk without Zaptel (for old versions) or DAHDI (new versions)
support.
