[asterisk-r2] MFCR2 protocol

On MFC-R2 protocol when is dialed a number with only 7 digits, after
"7&#176;" digits it would have to send a F15 to inform that does not
exist more digits for DNIS number and initiates the sending of the ANI.

And for the ANI number it sends the F15 after the sending of the last
digit. This is correct? Or the signaling of the F15 is sent in the end
of the sending of all digits DNIS and ANI?
