[asterisk-r2] Second R2 not signalling

I have configured my asterisk (free pbx) with unicall that same as Moises
post. the only diference with all examples showed is that I have conected 2
MFC/R2 lines to my box. The first MFC/R2 line works perfectly actually my
client is working with those 30 channels. But the second one, and here is my
issue, does not get sync with teco. Telcom from Argentina uses 32 chanels
for each MFC/R2 where that channel 0 and the channel 16 are used for data.
and te rest of them for voice. Channel 0 is used for Sync. Teco tells me
that on the second MFC/R2 on channel 0 they receive an "ais" ( All 1's).
Actually I have the second span with yellow alarm,

I have been playing with configuration for a long time. Actaully I started
to think that channel 32, could be the 0 channel on second MFC/R2 line, but
i setted that with no luck.

Blow I am sharing my config files, you will see that some lines are
comented, they show thet diffrent things I have triend with no luck at all.

Hope you can give me some ideas to troubleshoot. If there is missing
information let me know.

I believe that is not neccesary to have zapata.conf configured since
unicall.conf will override any config written on zapata.conf, right?
