Forget about timer 0, that is just a debug message not an error.
Tone 6 is address complete charge setup in ITU variant, but AFAIK
Colombia does not use ITU, however few people in Colombia has used
openr2 to my knowledge or they use it but don't provide feedback to
the community about it. For openr2 tone 6 means "request category and
ANI" for the Colombian variant, however that may be wrong, or may be
that is different from one Colombian provider to others.
Are you supposed to receive caller id? ANI?
Try changing to the ITU variant (mfcr2_variant=itu) and let us know
what the results are.
