Not really. He has only one span and the loopback is more likely a
short-circuit :)
TX Tip <-------> RX Tip
TX Ring <-------> RX Ring
So, what he sends is exactly what he receives. It'll never work.
Even if it was a Telco Loopback it won't work, because of the same reason.
I SEIZE one channel and instead of receiving a SEIZE ACK I got SEIZE.
You need at least 2 spans to make it work the way you thought.
