[asterisk-r2] [MFCR2+LIBOPENR2 TELEFONICA COLOMBIA]

Hi, I'd check cables, made a loopback test with my card and everithing was
OK; when I called my provider, there told me the E1 was blocked, for that
reason in mfcr2 show channels appeared the RX line BLOCKED. Finally my
provider unblocked the channels and the card swap from RED to OK, but now I
have next error messages in my CLI. Thanks in advance guys.
