I don't see anything wrong with your config, but looks suspicious to
me that you are using span=2,0,0
Are you use you want span 2 to be the master?
In any case, you can create a E1 cross-over cable to verify your own
configuration without the telco. check this out:
http://www.moythreads.com/unicall/e1_crossover.html
That way you will discard your configuration and can call the telco to
ask why your link is down.
