[asterisk-r2] Problems to make some long distance calls with MFCR2

Is your problem completely reproducible? that is, calling to the same
problematic numbers always fail?

I'd like to see the debug output, please enable call files in zapata.conf with

mfcr2_logdir=span1
mfcr2_call_files=yes

Once you have done this, restart asterisk and reproduce the problem.
You will have a debug file in /var/log/asterisk/mfcr2/span1

Also post here the output of the Asterisk command:

CLI> mfcr2 show version
