[asterisk-r2] Incoming calls

Then you missed the installation. That is, you missed doing make install.

If doing make install does not seem to help, probably you have 2
versions of openr2, one in /usr/local/lib and the other in /usr/lib,
this happens when you ./configure with a different prefix.

ldd /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/chan_zap.so | grep openr2

This command will show you which library is being used by chan_zap.
