[asterisk-r2] Incoming calls

Please post the output of "core show version" and "mfcr2 show version"
here. It's odd but it seems somehow you are getting an empty
extension even though there are DNIS. This should never happen, unless
you have an old version of openr2 and a new version of the R2 Asterisk
branch.
