[asterisk-r2] Problem with incoming call

Hi:

I've successfully setup the the E1 card using OpenR2 library. Outgoing
calls from Trixbox works fine, however, incoming calls is where i'm
having issues. When I try to call the number assigned to the E1 line,
I need to press the "#" key after pressing the 7 digit phone number
otherwise the call won't enter trixbox. The same with calls from
mobile phone (10 digits) I'm here in Philippines. Trixbox is directly
connected to Nortel Option81c via Openvox E1 card.

I've attached the log. I'm sorry if you got this in multiple copies.
