[asterisk-r2] RES: G729

Yes, unfortunately I don't have the source code for the G729 module to
see what's going on. And fixing all the problems w/o the source code
will take me more time than I currently have to invest on this.

Even though g729 for trunk is unsupported, you should contact some one
at Digium, probably via IRC channel #asterisk and ask for a G729 for
Trunk, remember to NOT ask G729 for my mfcr2 branch, because they are
going to tell you that's not possible, just ask for G729 for trunk to
be updated, once they update it for latest trunk I can take care of
making it work for the mfcr2 branch in case does not work.
