[asterisk-r2] openR2 - falha em algumas ligaçoes

Hi Melcon,

I was reading things too quick today and I don't noticed that was a Telco,
not a PBX ;)

Asterisk 1.4.22.0 renamed chan_zap.so to chan_dahdi.so, but it have the two
behaviors

Dial(Zap/....)
Dial(DAHDI/....)

That's all
