[asterisk-r2] openR2 - falha em algumas ligaçoes

João, can you change a param and check again?

mfcr2_get_ani_first=no

; after
mfcr2_get_ani_first=yes

As per [1], Oi (Telemar) get ANI digits first. And if you can, make the test
using r2test so we can have a clean testbed.
