I`m connected with the Telco Embratel. The call flow to number 30650000 (asterisk CLI capture + complete call log for this example in pastebin) is:

Operator Softphone (Eyebean Dial 8330650000) -> SIP -> Asterisk 1.4.22 + Trixbox (Outbound route says 83|. ) -> Dahdi (receives number 30650000) -> Digium TE 122 -> Baloon E1 -> Telco Minimux -> Telco Radio
