I have not had much time to look at this, but yes, most of the time we
are just waiting for a response from the other side. What do you have
at the other side?
As Melcon said, it's recommended that you comment out
mfcr2_get_ani_first to use the default of the variant you specified,
that option should only be set if you present problems receiving
calls. However, in this situation, you are making calls, so
mfcr2_get_ani_first does not seem to be a problem.
