[asterisk-gui] Configuration lost after GUI upgrade

I believe there should be a caveat against attempting to upgrade in http://www.asterisknow.org/install-related page, otherwise more people may hit this pitfall.

  I assume you meant 'Asterisk GUI 1.x to 2.x upgrade'

  Automatic Configuration upgrade from the GUI 1.x to GUI 2.x is currently only available 
  for our AA50 & Business Edition customers.

  So if you are trying the GUI-2.0, i would strongly recommend starting from clean Asterisk config files.
