[asterisk-gui] BLF on Polycom phone

Hi All,

 

When implemening BLF with Asterisk, when is the presence "Away"
displayed? 

 

For instance, when my Polycom IP 650 is monitoring 3 x IP 330s on
Asterisk and one of IP 330s is powered off, IP 650 is showing "Away"
rather than "Offline". 

Is this the normal case? 

 

Appreciate any advice here.
