[asterisk-gui] Updated welcome/status page with some great improvements

Hello all,

Ryan Brindley of digium has been working on some major improvements to the
welcome/status page. He has merged his changes back into branches/2.0

improvements include
 # fix the problem with extensions status not updating correctly
 # detailed individual queue statistics 
 # realtime status of conferences and parked calls
 # more usability improvements like sorting, dragging, hiding of different blocks etc
