Is it possible to allow multiple methods of follow me?  I like the current ring the main extension, then try the alternate extensions.  Maybe we could have other options of ring main extension, and then select the type of ring through (ordered list like currently, or maybe ringall).  Also maybe allow follow me to have a ringall by default, or set a timeout in followme for the main extension before it tries the additional extensions.
