[asterisk-gui] Adding new service providers to providers.conf not possible

Was it only used by the GUI (in the past) ?
Is it required by Asterisk itself ?
Or should I best forget about it at all?

I will take a look at it and, although I´m not a JS programmer, I´ll try to
adopt it for my needs. Are there any plans to add further providers to the
official Digium JS ?
