[asterisk-gui] make uninstall

For the make uninstall I added this to my Makefile, please commit, can
disclaim if needed.

uninstall:
        rm -rf $(ASTETCDIR); \
        rm -rf $(CONFIGDIR); \
        rm -rf $(ASTVARLIBDIR)/scripts; \
