[asterisk-gui] Record using MixMonitor

Setup features.conf (or the features page in the GUI)
(or use the file editor)

To do monitoring after an exten, and make sure asterisk
is in the path, so it can recognize DTMF.

Then you can send *9 or whatever to do active recording.
