Log:

 Both 'astetcdir', 'astvarlibdir' are honored by the gui install script.
 And all the other paths in the gui are now loaded off asterisk.conf,
 so configure_gui is no longer needed.

 Instead what makes more sense is to make he gui bash scripts
 such that the paths in them are updated according to 'astetcdir' and 'astvarlibdir'
