[asterisk-embedded] Converting the .pcm format file to .wav

Hello All

I am trying to add this feature in the voicemail where in .pcm file will be
emailed to user in the .wav format, so that the user can click on the file
and listen to the message.

Please advice me on how to convert the .pcm file in to .wav file.  Your help
will be much appreciated.
