[asterisk-embedded] Building asterisk for embedded ARM target

When I configure for local compilation everything works fine.
When I configure with build=arm-linux-gnu I get error about termcap support.

How do I configure asterisk for cross compilation?
I can change the makeopts file after configuration but I would like to do it
the right way.
