[asterisk-embedded] Address to Flash uClinux to on AADK

Wojtek knows Digium's products better than Digium's support staff! I
contacted Digium support and was told that they thought the address to use
was 20040000 but they would get back to me. They then not only did not get
back in touch with me but stopped replying to emails and phone calls. Its a
good thing that the boot loader was not at 20040000 - my demo tomorrow would
have been toast.

The 0x40000 address is where it is loading the image from. There is one
additional necessary step that took me a a few minutes to figure out. I had
to set the readsize environmental variable to the filesize and save to
flash. Otherwise the spiboot eeprom read was not reading enough data and the
crc check will fail.
